The Canadian population is aging.  We believe that seniors can age in-home with dignity and accessibility to the best medical monitoring possible through technology and innovation.   We want to transform the construction industry with these new technologies we are developing and integrate them into the infrastructure of residential construction projects of the future . We value the progress of continuous learning and improvement.

We are planning numerous projects, from residential homes to large scale residential developments. Our technology platform is under development and once completed, it will be incorporated into every residential and commercial project we design and construct.  

We are developing new transformative technologies to make real-time health monitoring and access to critical care an integral part of the our daily lives, In-home aging will be possible with proactive and personalized healthcare experiences for seniors and individuals living with chronic diseases. Our new technologies will include the integration of smart home features with medical devices in order to monitor health conditions and health concerns of residents within the comfort of their own homes. 

Xhenis technologies will be robust, including the monitoring of the home's environmental quality through sensors that detect carbon monoxide, gas leaks, oxygen levels, etc. It will also measure and analyze movements around the dwelling in addition to collecting vital medical health data such as heart rate, blood sugars, blood oxygen levels, and blood pressure through cutting edge hand scanning technology. The device will be interfaced by an Application (App), allowing users to control the device, analyze health data, and receive-send alerts on potential medical emergencies.

Our new technology platform and associated devices under development will collect and analyze critical data through its integration within the existing residential dwelling infrastructure and with the capability of transmitting this data.  We will enable a comprehensive medical monitoring system within the homes we build. In turn,, any medical issues or emergencies can be immediately detected and communicated to a family member, healthcare provider, or monitored by a 3rd party under a subscription-based model.

Our Technology platform will enable us to offer Canadians the following value-added services as they age in-home:

(1) remote medical monitoring,

(2) emergency response options,

(3) integrated coordination of health care services between different providers,

(4) value-added subscription based services within our partner network

We follow a rigorous process for every project we undertake, from initial consultation to final inspection. Our team works closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is realized and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
